There was never a time in history that Harry Enfield was actually funny. There was some sort of voodoo spell cast over the nation in the 90's, possibly by Enfield himself, which tricked people into thinking he was in any way amusing.

This is true. I'm not sure why he's been given a new series. I always liked Paul Whitehouse's contribution though, and even he's not preventing this new show being truly abysmal.

Yeah, Paul Whitehouse was better but still not especially amusing.

The only things that were occaisionally funny were Ralph and Ted and the black and white sketched that always ended in the punchline "women, know your limits" or something to that effect.

Actually, I think I am going to stop listening to records and watch some TV for a change. QI is on, followed by the new series of Peep Show. I was going to go out but I don't think I can be arsed now.
