Not so much at home as I'd say I play music at a pretty reasonible level.. in a live environment and practicing music I'd say that's when I'm more at risk.

(usually 2/3, unless I'm walking on the street or the bus, which is loud and requires louder music, the street traffic is at leat 90dB, which means yr music must be louder to hear it)

(when I did work in loud as warehouses and factories, they provided earing protection, which we all used to get through the day, needless to say industrial background noise is often not musical like in a charlie chaplin flick)

Good luck, let us know how you get on. There's guys at work who are in bottling - loads of them refuse to wear their ear protection, the same people are increasingly deaf as posts as well.

On a side note, I'm very weary of listening to certain songs/records when I'm in a particular mood.
