Atsonicpark why this topic? Are you looking for a hitman?
HaydenAsche if what you say is the truth and how lightly you take it I can never respect you. Yes I know people who have od been killed in accident, and accidently shot but the worst is a close friend who stabbed his ex-wife to death. He's doing life with no chance of parole.

Apart from the illegality, is it that much different to the fact that I sold beer to someone who died drink-driving?

selling drugs/alcohol to someone who ends up dying from what you sold them isn't really your fault i guess. they would have got it off someone else. unless you're lying to them about the potency or get it confused with something else, causing them to accidently take 270mg of 2C-I

That's the lamest type of excuse people give themselves so they can feel better. It doesn't change anything.

I've known a few killers but never closely. Mostly in the '80s and mostly in Bellingham, WA for some reason. I sold acid then and there to Billy Milligan (google him, I'm sure he'll come up quickly) who was using the name Chris Carr at the time. He was never convicted of killing anyone, just rape, but a drifter in the same building he was living in disappeared and was never found. The FBI showed up soon thereafter and started asking my friends who also lived in the same building all sorts of questions. There were two other murders that same couple years ('86-87) in B'ham that involved people I knew, one done by this punk rock kid, the other a bad coke deal that took out a deadhead guy I sometimes bought weed from.

You set up a little Paypal deal with chabib.

atsonicpark 10.14.2009 10:58 PM

I think I made this thread while feeling.. not that I was going to kill someone.. but I started this thread, along with many other.. erm.. "dark" threads... while going through some dark shit. I'm not embarassed or ashamed, I just don't think I would start that topic in my current, MEDICATED mindset.

You couldn't be more wrong. I just try to be objective and I see a lot of people making up excuses so they don't feel bad about doing horrible things. Instead of coming to terms with the evil inside of them, they excuse their actions, they never grow up, and it fucking makes me sick. It's like the the corporate lawyers or the Nazis. It was just a paycheck! They need to feed their families... and buy expensive cars and nice shoes and more plastic shit to fill up the landfills.

Sonic Youth Gossip 10.14.2009 11:27 PM

i swear allegiance to the pope! please don't inquisit me!

atsonicpark 10.14.2009 11:29 PM

Drugs don't kill people... people kill people.

I would feel guilty selling drugs to someone who died from it, but at the same time, I didn't force them to overdose on it or something.

Sonic Youth Gossip 10.14.2009 11:31 PM

exactly. if you're doing hard drugs with potential of an OD, you should know your doses

dale_gribble 10.14.2009 11:34 PM

i've had a lot of thoughts/daydreams about killing people recently, it disturbs me greatly. although i don't think i know anyone who killed anybody, except maybe some soldiers/ex-soldiers.

So, what about selling drugs to people who are already high or drunk? I can't remember if you're the guy who this actually happened to, but if so, have you? And if not, what do you think about that?

atsonicpark 10.14.2009 11:51 PM

You know, everything/anything can kill everyone/anyone. Obviously, and it probably seems like a silly point to make, but if I buy someone a hamburger and they choke on it -- is it my fault? As ridiculous as that sounds, we all recognize hamburgers as having the potentiality to choke people to death, and if people are unhealthy... well, yeah. Should I not sell 'em that? Should guns not be sold? Is it a doctor's fault if a person OD's on their medication? Etc., etc., etc., etc. In some way, we all probably contribute to someone else's death. "hEY JOHNNY LET'S GO OUT IN THE SUN AND CATCH SOME RAYS AT THE BEACH!" Oh fuck, now he has skin cancer! What the hell?! I'm just kidding and being ridiculous here, but seriously... those people were going to go out of their way to get the drugs either way, so...... yeah. As long as you didn't knowingly give 'em poison or something, I don't see how you could be held accountable for what they do. People know their limits. Other people know their limits better than I know their limits.

I would feel bad, as I said earlier, and I certainly learn from my mistakes, personally. I used to do methadone and me and my friend would do it together. Someone I was close to died of an OD on that shit so I swore it off forever...

...As for selling stuff to someone who is already drunk or high -- most people in this town are drunk, high, pilled-out, etc. 24/7 so I don't even know how to answer that.
