Some of the Duff Mckagans Loaded shit is really good. He was really into punk. That album has a ton of covers the best they have done in my opinion. THey performed great live.


Chinese democracy is great over produced but produced wonderfully. It's definitly not the same though

Chinese Democracy was trash... its basically Axl Rose on a massive, undeserved ego trip, where he ruins some potentially good rock songs by overdubbing his vocals endlessly and overdoing pretty much every instrumental track... its not Guns n' Roses, its just a shitty Axl Rose solo album.

burning star core - papercuts theatre.

parts 1 and 2 are meh, settling in for this to be tedious but i'll listen to it all. but its just a warm up. the last 2 are were it gets quite interesting. theres a section were techno is randomly inserted for no reason. the end gets really great.

one of the best burning star core releases ive heard, but i havent heard too many. really massive variation in quality between parts 1/2 and 3/4. worth a d/l. the guy on the blog i got it from said it was one of the best of 2010, but i wouldn't go that far.

Me and my dad were just jamming Lust for Life in the car on the way to a family party. Always classic.

That is exactly what I thought a year ago. I know it is not really guns n roses and axl is a crazy egomaniac. But that man can fucking sing and I am just from that axl lovin generation. I was pushed away by all the overdubbing and shit at first, but I am not ashamed now to say that I love it, especially Madagascar. I found something new in it. I was by no means expecting it to sound anything like the old shit. That is just not possible and who wants that any way?

I was an idiot and forgot my camera. That was my bear napkin. My husband and I got to talk to him for abuot five minutes. He was just out in thet bar like all of us. Use yr illusion is their finest work. Estranged is one of the best songs ever written an don't damn me.

lots of people trash CD, but I like it. Duff is my favorite, but I will always love axl's voice.
