Yeah, a sort of Folk/Psych/Jazz reissue thing from the late 60s. A bit ISB-ish. Actually it's not that great if I'm honest. Very patchy, and far too many flutes for my liking. Definitely nothing special.

now: the flying luttenbachers-live bootleg 2/11/94. weasel walter for president. keepin prog brutal. and noise non-academic (with to live and shave in la 2). and metal non ironic and cool (with 7000 dying rats and hatewave and formerly lair of the minotaur) and free jazz fast (wth his solo work and the weasel walter trio) and punk interesting (w/ xbxrx) and chaos chaotic (w/ miss high heel). im surprised no one else on this board worship him like i do. he is my biggest hero of contemporary music (beating out even thurston and o'rourke).

I have very mixed feeling about it. On one hand, I think it's exactly what I was hoping for from them. Flawless. But on the other hand, I can't get into it. I bought it and loved it the first time I listened through it, then just kind of set it aside...

But then I think I've done that with all of their stuff.

I know what you mean. I've bought countless albums where I've thought "Wow!", then filed it away for months on end. I keep coming back to "Third" though.
