I'm kind of thinking that too from what I've heard so far. It just rocks so fucking hard.

Though it's sort of different from my favorites. Personally I like Evol and Sister a lot for the haunting quality of the music, Murray Street for the jamminess, and Daydream Nation for the poppiness. The Eternal I like for the straight up rocking, combined with the other SY trademarks. The beginning of Antenna is very much like the Cross the Breeze ending, and the jam in it is very much like something out of Murray Street.

Some of the textures and moods given by the songs are totally unique to the album.

Massage the History... i am just so blown away, I had a feeling some elements Trees at the Academy would turn up, just a sheering emotional stream

Woah. Better than A Thousand Leaves? That's my fav SY album. If you like it as much as I do then this record will be awesome.

I'm on Calming the Snake. I think the album version's better than the live version. I can hear the layers much clearer, and they make the song better.

I'm on Antenna now, I can agree w/ the notion that this could be better than ATL. Anti-Orgasm is just the perfect title for that part of the album. Not even 2 songs through, & it just could the most critical part of the record.

This promises not to disappoint any SY fan.

I have my computer hooked up to a really nice stereo, so it sounds glorious to me.

Gotta love the aggressive riffs.
