alot of indie bands around my area
and a few from here and there that i've seen live

The Living Deadbeats (from Vancouver BC)

which is the only newest vinyl album from this year that i've played the shit out of

as for anything somewhat major label. then nothing.
not like i've heard the entire PIL album from this year
but what from what i have heard from it, it's pretty good

i dont really care for new music
that's why i guess the new Sonic Youth album don't count in this case
but if it's a vote, then i vote for it as well

Oh Man, I live for that 32min track. It's Diamond Sea Squared. There's not a wasted second on it, and it has a lot of variation.

i'll give it another chance the next time i get high (because of your Diamond Sea comparsion), i guess. it's probably been months since i heard the album.
