the new moon wiring club might actually be my favourite album of the year. incredible stuff

I liked this when I played it the first time I got it but somehow I didn't get round to give it another spin yet.

Same with the PA record. I don't seem to get a lot of time to put my feet up and listen to records all night much, at the moment.

The Living Deadbeats (from Vancouver BC)

which is the only newest vinyl album from this year that i've played the shit out of

as for anything somewhat major label. then nothing.
not like i've heard the entire PIL album from this year
but what from what i have heard from it, it's pretty good

i dont really care for new music
that's why i guess the new Sonic Youth album don't count in this case
but if it's a vote, then i vote for it as well

that, Kendrick and Fiona are absolutely perfect. i've heard The Seer and it was fucking epic, i can see why people are calling it the album of the year though it wasn't really my thing, i don't think i could ever sit through that 30 min track again haha.

Oh Man, I live for that 32min track. It's Diamond Sea Squared. There's not a wasted second on it, and it has a lot of variation.

i'll give it another chance the next time i get high (because of your Diamond Sea comparsion), i guess. it's probably been months since i heard the album.
