Hei Nic, I'm using TMPGEnc Authoring Works 4. It is kinda basic tool for editing (just cuts/fades and some video effects) and authoring but it works pretty good and it is quite easy to use.

If it has the "ability" to save the edited streams with no quality loss without having to fiddle too much with parameters etc.etc. that sounds like the perfect tool for me he he! I'll search some infos online, thanksss.
