can you really expect people to be interested if they don't know what they're getting themselves into/what the situation entails?

i've got the full information out in the places where i'm most likely to find someone. the sonic youth board isn't the most likely place i'll find someone. here i need to appeal to a girl (woman) who's proficient at playing a guitar, and who loves music enough to take a chance on something crazy. i'm not at all convinced, even in a city as big as new york, that i'll find what i'm looking for so i'm throwing it out to the universe. i'm looking for the kind of girl who will want to play so bad that she'll say "okay, i'll bite" on a cryptic ad. if she's not out there (or on here), then i'll just wait til i find her.
