Cripes no. I'm just too aware of how dismally bad I am at it. Honestly, I'm an absolutely frightful sight on the dancefloor.

The last time I danced in front of people was actually a year ago today. I won candy for my insane dancing skills.

In fact,i like the fact that most people i normally dance with have no idea that i'd listen to some of the stuff i listen to at home.For some the robotic diva is all they have.

i voted "yes" and "no" ha ha because i hate to dance-- however--
i do dance when totally plastered, as i was this past saturday
i danced with great awareness of the ridicule of it, and i sure made an ass of myself as i spastically contorted myself on the floor in a musical parody of buttfucking (with me as top, btw, bitches). fuck yes! the best part of the night was the slam dancing with some idiot kid whom i send flying against the walls when the dj finally consented to playing a track from my erase errata cd.
but fuckit, dancing is so absurd-- yet highly entertaining. yes/no/yes/no/yes/no...

I suppose the fact that I don't really find dancing to be fun is a major factor as well.
I used to go out dancing around 1989-91 on occasion, but lost my taste for it entirely.
I also cannot dance to music I don't like, and the chances of dance clubs playing something I really do like is slim anyway.

I think that dancing is a pretty natural thing for people to do.I generally(i say generally because sometimes it can be rather annoying)people who dance at gigs are the most fun to hang out with.

i dont know how to talk + socialize with people , as i am an awkward fool . and im too inhibited to attempt to socialize whilst being an awkward dancing fool . so yes , i tend to make things worse by staying out of that whole thing which results in my co workers ignoring me(who do the whole weekly dancing thing at a trendy club .)

if you must know, then, i'll confess that we ended up doing some drunken version of the can-can...

i dont dance all that often but it can be real good fun sometimes.

I've been doing tap, ballet and modern since I was 5 years old. I do bellydancing and salsa now too.

But people look at you weird if you break into any of that during an Iggy Pop gig...

I love dancing. I don't dance at weddings because I don't go to weddings. I dance at clubs because that's what they're for (especially now that I don't drink or smoke or take drugs. At clubs dancing (and copping off in the toilets) is pretty much all that's left to do.) I dance by myself in my bedroom and living room 90% of the time I'm in either of those rooms.

I refuse to dance to shit music. Or with awful people. (So looks like I wouldn't dance at weddings even if I did go to them.)

I had a friend who made me dance with her to Bohemian Rhapsody at homecomming. It was fun.

I dance but its always our own made moves, and no i dont mean the sprinkler or that shit (why is it that anytime someone comes up to me and says "i dance my own style" they always do the unoriginal sprinkler and those shit moves)
