Thieves

Arggh! Fuck thieves. Fuck those who've ever thought of stealing. Kill 'em. Trying to work their way up from their pitiful state of living due to their complete worthlessness. Scum (and I reserve the right to use this word).

My mom just called and apparently while she was pumping gas today someone stole her purse. $50, credit cards, check book, cell phone. She's at the bank now trying to cancel her account.

What would possess someone to do this? Why is money placed in such high regard? Drugs? an ipod? some other useless technological item that makes living no easier but still that little prick had to have it.

Irrational venting...

Cantankerous 10.05.2006 05:31 PM

well if she left her purse unattended she was kind of asking for it.

static-harmony 10.05.2006 05:32 PM

That sucks man, if this was 16 century england his hands would have been chopped off. I say we should bring that back.

She was pumping gas. Why would her purse be on her shoulder?
Besides, that's no justification for what happened.

because she doesn't want it to be stolen?
looks like she's learned her lesson.

Tokolosh 10.05.2006 05:35 PM

A teenager was recently killed at a train station in Holland for his mp3 player that cost 20 euros. How low will they go, heh?

static-harmony 10.05.2006 05:38 PM

I haven't gotten jacked, but that would suck if that would happen to me or any of my close relatives.

Fuck you. Just because you have money and as long as your content, everyone else isn't worth a shit.
Are you trying to say that robery is completely justified if you not clutching you personal belongings all the time? That stealing is fine as long the thieved is not looking?

Cantankerous 10.05.2006 05:44 PM

Don't be a big baby about it. I'm not saying that theft is acceptable, but it would be wise to be prepared for it, as it does occur.

nomadicfollower 10.05.2006 05:46 PM

Exactly, and what your saying makes me sick.
That you always have to be in constant watch of your belongings or some fucker will steal them.

Cantankerous 10.05.2006 05:47 PM

I'm glad that I sicken you. That was, after all, my sole intent and purpose.

nomadicfollower 10.05.2006 05:49 PM

You miss something?
I meant the truth of what you said makes me sick.

Cantankerous 10.05.2006 05:50 PM

Thank you for being absolutely unclear and ambiguous the first time around.

nomadicfollower 10.05.2006 05:54 PM

Sure it wasn't your denseness?

Cantankerous 10.05.2006 05:55 PM

I'm not sure. Let me think about it for a few hours and I'll get back to you.

Tokolosh 10.05.2006 05:57 PM

Well put nomadic.

static-harmony 10.05.2006 05:57 PM

Let's chop off the hands of the thieves.

Cantankerous 10.05.2006 05:59 PM

I don't think the government would take to that idea too well.

porkmarras 10.05.2006 06:53 PM

I got mugged 3 times(once violently and he smashed half my face),i've had 3 bags stolen in pubs and clubs and the most recent attempt was at work while i left the office door open and went to get a cup of coffee. Two mobile phones i thought were lost have probably being stolen.I hope those responsable have bought themselves medication with MY money and the selling of MY possesions.

Пятхъдесят Шест 10.05.2006 06:57 PM

The police will do next to nothing for stolen items like that, at least in these parts.

porkmarras 10.05.2006 06:58 PM

I forgot that 5 years ago i was also the victim of 2 card frauds but i got the money back.Bastards!

Same here. They are helpful but they have other priorities in their minds.

Пятхъдесят Шест 10.05.2006 07:00 PM

I had action figures stolen from me when I was about 8, and probably half a dozen CD's over the years.

I was robbed in high school, for a $5 bill.

Music being stolen is much worse than cash.

Prisstina 10.05.2006 08:00 PM

A few years ago someone broke into my dad's car to steal some sort of electronic that was worth less than ten bucks.

HaydenAsche 10.05.2006 10:33 PM

I'm sorry. I'll give it back to her.

i haven't heard about this. aren't you confused with the belgian mp3-murder from earlier this year? that happened at brussels central station...

on the issue of how low some people can go, a few days ago a 96-year old woman in dordrecht (holland) died after she was robbed from her purse by a junkie. she had tied it to her arm and was dragged along several meters and broke her hip. she died in the hospital a couple of days later.

i can hardly think of anything lower than violently robbing a 96-year old for money to buy drugs.

blue sunlover 10.06.2006 05:42 AM
