It feels dignified. It feels wise, experienced, and adventurous. Why do you ask? Do you hope to make it out of your 20s alive?

Well it's going to happen Swa(y), It's not a bad think. Like gmku says you definitely are wiser and able to handle life better. There's not a lot of highs but there's also not a lot of lows. You tend to enjoy things much more as you don't take every thing for granted. Watching your kids grow into adulthood way cool becoming a grandparent even cooler...worst part is you've lost a good deal of friends...

I think I mostly still live and enjoy life as much as I did in my 20s or any other time. Not much has really changed in that regard. I think you do get a wider perspective on things, though, and become calmer. One important thing is to stay healthy--don't do the obviously unhealthy things when you're young that will make your old age difficult, like smoke, overeat, over-drink. Take care of yourself, get excercise, stay balanced, and there's no reason age should stand in the way of enjoyment.
