i was in jour class when the story broke, i think there were maybe two people there who even registered surprise. all i can say is, who cares? yes, he was amazingy talented, but it's not like he had anything left music-wise. and of course now he's being praised like a god even though the majority of us know the guy has serious issues with child perversion and treated his body like a little girl treats her doll. he was a mess.

if all people are going for is a cash money thang, the settling is best for them. if they were trying to punish and convict a criminal, and stop said criminal from doing it all again to someone else, then accepting a settlement is the last thing you would do.
