Lunch today was a cheese and onion pie and a pint of milk.

You would quite seriously have to hold a gun to my head for me to have that for lunch, Hip Priest.
Even then, depending on where you intended to shoot me, I might still refuse.

It's not noon yet here. Not sure, but I think some simple bread and hummus will do today.

Not a big fan of hummous, I have to say. I like mushroom pate though. Mushrooms are great.

I had some serious broccoli last night, Toxic Johnny.
Them greens gots calcium, even.

Dwarf beans are my preferred greens, or fresh garden peas.

I did some home-made garlic bread last night, but that fact bears litte relation to the conversation.

I have been called gay since childhood.
It has no effect on me. I recognize it as a hazard of wearing leather pants.

Savage Clone, is it the pie or the milk you object so strongly to? Or is it the combination of the 2? Did you in fact, Hip Priest, mix the 2 in some time-saving exercise? If so, then I too would refuse to eat such a meal.

I had a brie, tomato & basil sandwich and 2 apples to round it off. Oh and a mocha (regular)

It's the whole thing.
I have always thought milk as a beverage to be disgusting, plus I'm none too fond of onions.
I don't eat dairy in any case, but even when I did, the idea of drinking milk always made me gag.
