Season Finale of Lost....
Comments....criticism.....
(I know I'm not the only person watching it.) :) |
I'm watching it when it ends so I can skip the commercials. I won't be back until I watch it.
|
I'm watching it now...it's great! I'm totally on the edge of my seat!
|
I got almost through season two, missed a few shows and felt....
...wait for it.... ....lost. I never found my way back to the show. I hear it's awesome though. |
I actually just started watching it. I jumped in the beginning of Season 5. So I watched all of this season. I also started back with Season 1...which I'm almost through...lol....
So I don't know everything that happened, but I'm hooked. And my Lost addict friends clued me in. ;) |
I haven't seen it yet so I'm not reading any posts here. But I'm pretty excited for it! I think I'll watch it this friday.
|
pretty awesome finale. can't wait to see the cliffhanger
|
I'm shocked. Very shocked. Nice white screen at the end.
|
Duuuuuuuuude
WE HAVE TO WAIT TIL NEXT YEAR! Balls. Destiny Found. |
Yes!! But What Is The Destiny?
And Wtf is up with John Locke? Alll Capps! |
OMG I KNOW!
I mean, I kinda got early on that the guy was Jacob....but what is up...the walking around Locke a projection from Jacob or the island? (Like Ben's daughter?) |
And destiny....is it the lives they would have had, had they not crashed...or back on the island?
AND WHY DOESN'T RICHARD AGE? :) |
Locke is incarnation of the one guy that's not Jacob in the beginning, I think. Who knows. I r sad panda though.
Well, Richard doesn't age because Jacob causes him not to. 16 more episodes to clear this shit up! |
But now that Jacob is "dead", will he start becoming old and crusty?
|
Hmm...and are "they" the Ajira survivors?
One thing we do know, Vincent lives through the whole series...so the Island doesn't got kabloom. |
Maybe it jsut gets knocked off its axis in a super big way....and everyone has a time rearrangement....
|
Not again :(
That would suck shit. All this time displacement, it's hard to believe that 4 seasons ago all we had to worry about was polar bears and fake beards. :( |
Hahaha. Well, I'm assuming there is a time rearrangement in some way. Like where the Dharma people go back to the same time as the others, or maybe they all go back to the time of the original flight...hmm....
And what I'm wondering...is...if Jacob is their higher power....and he has been around so long...can he really "die"? |
AND WHO THE HELL WAS THE OTHER GUY AND WHY IS he apparently inside one of the John Lockes...
and did Chang lose his arm? and was is the statue destroyed? Questions questions questions |
Yeah, because we saw the original statue briefly...but it didn't explain it either. Also, does Chang now know that Myles is his son?
|
Yeah, he talked to them (Hurley, Jin, Miles) in the jungle last episode and believe that they're from the future because Hurley didn't know who the president was.
|
And what about Desmond?
|
![]() |
HAHAHAHAHA
I was wondering about Desomnd the entire episode too. And what happens to Claire and Charlie in all of this? |
Claire is supposedly going to be regular cast in the last season.
Charlie might just be Hurley visions or flashback. or I have no fucking clue because the bomb just rewrote the whole book. |
ugh....this is going to kill me for a year....A YEAR!
|
More or less. They've got a lot of questions to answer.
Now I'm going to have to track down the book Jacob was reading. |
ok. I'm going to stop reading this thread now.
halp! I've been spoilt. |

stoooopid show.
(in my opinion) |
That's ok, the beauty of it is, you don't have to watch it! :)
|
Obviously it's not Locke, it's probably Jacob's rival.
It was all hinted at in the opening. So I'm thinking that Jacob somehow overthrew the original leaders and found all the secrets, that kind of a thing...and has been manipulating everything since then. Next season will all go into the history of the others, the island, and the war that destroyed the statue etc. I'm thinking when the statue was built, jacob was not a leader of anything...maybe just a lowly worshiper of whatever the hell they worship. Because the statue is definitely way, way older than the 1500s....which was the opening scene. That ship was the Black Rock, the one that ended up in the middle of the jungle. & it seemed that Jacob hadn't been in charge very long in that opening scene, like the other guy was bitter etc. |
As far as everything else goes, and even what I just said...I have no idea...
all guessing... |
I am still on the edge of my seat! Eeek!
|
All the artwork looks Egyptian...so, maybe they'll be transported to Karnak!
|
May I also add...I missed the first 5 minutes of the show...so I missed all that 1500s stuff....

Hmm....or maybe...where was it that Locke was dropped? |
The episode opens as Jacob (Mark Pellegrino) sits on the beach of the island near the large statue of a four-toed figure, where he is visited by another man. The man comments on a boat on the horizon, suggesting that Jacob has brought it to the island. The man states that no matter who comes to the island the same thing happens over and over and that the man will find a loophole and find a way to kill Jacob.
