M.I.A. is pregnant.
|
Eugh...M.I.A...
|
lawrd no!! she's reproducing now!!!
|
I like her. I wanted to bang her ever since I saw her in that Sonic shirt. I'm not a furry or nothing, but girls + Sonic usually equates to a raging boner.
|
not all girls who wear sy shirts really mean it.
i mean, some might be wearing them for hipster points and others might not even know who they are but like washing machines and wool puppets. |
I'm sure M.I.A. wore that T for all the right reasons.

my brother used my Wii points to buy a crappy Sonic game

That's disappointing though. Major turn-off. Go, Mario! |
Sonic is way cooler than Mario. Fact. He's way past cool.
|
Sonic was indeed the coolest.
|
This has given me the idea to perform live as a drum/guitar duo (with my brother on drums) under the name Mario Youth
beat that, suckers |
Haha my friends called them Knuckles Youth to piss me off when we were in 8th grade.
|
I like M.I.A., Kala is a good album
That said, I don't really care whether she's gonna have a baby. But I would like to see her wearing the Sonic Tshirt |
Yes. Pic now.
|
M.I.A. wearing a Sonic the hedgehog T-shirt.

Sonic the Hedgehog has been unmitigated shit after leaving behind 2D side scrolling.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to ploesj again.
You funny girl, you. |

I'd give it to her

ha ha ha ha |
she also wore a metallica tshirt on her zumzumzuma zuma murdah video.
i'm sure y'all will say she wore it ironically or something. |
im sure her babies will be a better creation than her insufferable music.
|
M.I.A. is hot and I like a few of her songs

hence the potential for successful offspring (body symmetry= good genes). besides, she seems really fucking cool. Quote:
i do appreciate her use of "ethnic" (o god how i dread that word) musical traditions, but that's about all i like about it-- the rest of it makes me gag. this is due to the overly delicate constitution of my nervous system. i'd much recommend this instead: http://www.sublimefrequencies.com/ |

oh fuck. thats even more a turn on |

Because SF are well known for their frank and open economic engagements with the musicians they record... |

i thought they ripped shit off the radio and were a bunch of greedy american motherfucking "artistes". |

i have no idea who this is. you guys are too obscure for me.

MIA's first album is tolerable when listened to within the context of a room full of people talking quite loudly, much like her baby will be (no slam on her, thats just how crying babies tend to be). Honestly, I can't listen to MIA with headphones because the ''nuances'' and subtletees tend to shine and all I want to do is dim them with the ''volume down'' function.
|
Can I just say that I really rather like MIA? No? Oh well.
|
Oh, Melly you can say it and mean it, its quite the cool thing to say....
|
Wow this thread's interesting though. Yes, Sublime Frequencies rules, no they get no permission to record or release any of that stuff. Yes, 2D Sonic was good, though Sonic Adventure was good too!

and the bad thing about that is...? but for the record, ive never ever liked any most kinds of dance music, hip hop, anything that i was supposed to like "at my age". ever. it just grates the fuck out of me. in not dispensing hate on her, as i said she's by all accounts great, politically aware & all that crap, but it's just a matter between my ears and my brain. |
Say what you like. She's as HOT as it gets even if she didn't make great pop music, which she duly delivers with every album she puts out. Fuck you zerofuckingpumpkins bores of this world.
