Cantanky: it was a couple of years ago - a 15-year old female boardie had been flirting quite heavily with a guy who claimed to be 18-19 - she sent him pics and stuff. They eventually ended up meeting in real life, and it turns out he was a forty-something child molester. She went apeshit on this board about it, he said nowt, and the last thing she said was that she had reported him to the police. There were rumours on the Board that this place was under surveillance by the FBI, lest it be a paedo-paradise - a rumour that, given to the aforementioned incident, I'm quite happy to accept as some sort of fact. The whole thing was sordid and appalling, really, but had a total car-crash fascination too.

there have been many things in the last 7 years, alot escapes me, alot of odd moments were silent ones that were never discussed such as people who stopped posting for certain reasons (or in one case never posted in the first place)

OH, I remember someone named "hookedonsonics" posting something about thurston moore raping her a long time ago.

It was really surreal and ridiculous of a post, and EVEN THOUGH RAPE ISN'T FUNNY AND I DON'T CONDONE IT, it was kinda funny. (I remember something along the lines of "then he shoved his dick in my mouth, his expressway to my skull" and "he sprayed his dirty goo all over my sister", just ridiculous shit) But I think she only posted once, it got a ton of replies, and then she was banned or something.
