Hi! I'm new here, so I wanted to ask the regulars about the forum. This is my 2nd post (the 1st being in introduce yourself) and I wanted to possibly get some info on the overall mood of this fourm (friendly, sarcastic, hateful, etc...) as well as a list of the forum asses. :D It'd save me a lot of time.

Fav Album: Sister. It sounds like a demo as far as production, but it works because it makes you feel like...this is that band down the road that you hang out with in their garage. Plus the songs are amazing...that helps. (oh and KOTTON MUTHAFUCKING KROWN!!!)

I'll go with Kim. You'd expect some 6' 250lb butch by her voice (think Dirty era), then you see this little blonde thing walk on stage in a skirt and heels. She's not the most talented, and no, it's not because she is the girl...I like her style, I like her fuckitandyou attitude, and I agree with a lot of her "opinions". She is, to me, the true queen of indie rock. Or a close family friend at least. Plus she could kick Chuck Norris's punk-ass any day of the week. Or so I like to think. :p

Wilco and Radiohead are great. I'm a huge fan of both. Never listened to Jeff Buckley, though.

Kid A is amazing. Easy choice.

I've found that getting to know people first hand by personal experience is far better than choosing who to be friends with based on what other people may say. I may not like "______fill in the blank", but you may like "_____fill in the blank", so me giving you my personal assessment of people is a shallow way of getting to know people on the board.

Why not make your own conclusion based on your own experience?

That's all I really have to say. Welcome to the board, but hopefully you'll be more open-minded about meeting people than taking another person's word for it.:)
