Today I'll go to see The Locust, missed them when they played here last year, so i'm gonna take my chance this year. I hope they'll be good.
Next shows will be Damo Suzuki feat. Mord, Monno (that will be a blast, they are so good), Tigrova Mast and last but not least Qui feat. David Yow.

Prince next week.

Cowboy Junkies + Ryan Adams, And Also The Trees + Julia Kent and Glenn Branca next month (all in the space of four days).

I'm gonna go see Operator Please on sunday, I think, but I don't know why.

West Coast USA people are highly encouraged to check out the Acid Mothers Guru Guru tour coming through right now. I saw them a few days ago and they were incredible; everything I love in a freakout psych power trio. Mani is in his mid-60s and is as athletic a drummer as he ever was.
