Went to see him tonight. He bored me stiff apart from a brief moment when he sounded like he enjoyed himself a little bit.The only moment when he decided that he rocked. Didn't last for long though.

he can really do it on gtr when he wants to. some of the other stuff, not so good, IMO.

just listened to the new Fushitsusha record. yeah i know, i'm late.

anyway, i really dug it. some serious 'trout mask replica' vibes with the first half and some neat southern lord doom drone moments in the second half. not sure if it stands with the best of his work but only time will tell.

I'm probably coming. I don't have a huge interest for music or musicians right now but I will try to attend.

Excellent. That's the best attitude. (No, really).

I'll go, although I won't get my hopes up. I didn't really like that band he formed a couple of years ago (Seijaku, or whatever), and I think Fushitsusha has the bassist from that band as the last dude died.

My recording of Fushitsusha (including Glice :D) from friday night is now up at dime, I'll post wetransfer links here for it soon....
