Alles Wieder Offen is great, along similar lines to PM very good album. And Aussie Ash Wednesday plays on track2. I have only listened to the album once so far cos only just got it on my travels picked up a copy in Berlin but had nothing to play it on until I got back to Aus.

So nice to see that for some bands Italy is still part of Europe!!!! YEEEAAAAHH!
Now that I think about it, I might be in usa in april :( ... strange world. we'll see.

_slavo_ 12.14.2007 02:17 PM

they don't want to tour USA, as I read somewhere. because of financial reasons, I believe.

ohfuchsia 12.14.2007 06:10 PM

Bicorn Halfelven 12.14.2007 06:15 PM

Yeah, that is true.
Can you imagine how expensive it is to travel with all their equipment?

And earning gig money with the shitty value of US dollar?

haha

I think i've read an interview where they said that when touring the US they don't bring all the instruments. So they buy most of the material they need for the equipment in the first do-it-yourself store they can find and then have to rebuilt all the instruments.

I imagine that to be kind of boring and time consuming.

sonicl 01.31.2008 08:34 AM

At the end of one of the tours a couple of years back they sold the air compressor (or possibly generator?) that they had used for half the tour on ebay, I think.

I've just bought my ticket for the London show. Huzzah!

_slavo_ 01.31.2008 08:36 AM

Ticket for the Vienna show bought yesterday.

How times have changed.
In the early days they used to arrive with just the basics and a list of what they needed to salvage from local scrapyards.

PAULYBEE2656 01.31.2008 02:31 PM

hmm, no previously rumoured irish date! they never have played here!

A Thousand Threads 04.18.2008 03:51 AM

Concert in Graz last monday was a blast

New songs are fantastic live.
Von Wegen sounded like a fucking assault.

They didn't play anything older than Die Befindlichkeit des Landes, though. But that was ok with me.

Death & the Maiden 04.18.2008 03:55 AM

I've just got into EN, they're one of my favourite bands now. I only have Kollaps, Halber Mensch, and Hause der Luege, I need more.

_slavo_ 04.18.2008 03:56 AM

Very nice pics indeed, christoph.

batreleaser 04.18.2008 09:48 AM

i think its beyond amazing that theyre still making records today as good as some of the stuff they did back in the 80s.
