I think chabib's rule on banning users is: if the hassle of getting many "reported post" mails is more annoying than coming on here to ban the user, the user gets banned.
I'm not complaining at all, that's an ok policy in my book.
I think I never read more than a handful of his posts. guess he pissed off a bunch of people.
He repped me like twice in a couple days, can't remember for what.
