Troy was so rfucking stupid!!!!! It looked stupid, it sounded stupid, the dialogue was stupid, the whole fucking thing was terrible

I do not agree on the LOTR flicks. I thoroughly enjoyed them all!

atari 2600 11.02.2007 10:09 AM

LOTR trilogy was okay, good in parts

the oscar deluge for the return of the king was certainly goofy

know a likeable but young & slightly dim fellow who loves troy

i've never been able to make it through it

looks like beowulf will be the next bastardized epic, but hoping for the best

Rob Instigator 11.02.2007 10:13 AM

Beowulf put me to sleep in High school, hope it does better on the big screen

This piece of shit proves beyond all doubt that Joel Shumacher is the root of all evil.

M. Night Shyamalan is a close runner up.

Rob Instigator 11.02.2007 02:28 PM

sixth sense is WAYYYYY better than batman & robin man!!!!!!!!!!!

Meh, it's marginally better. I was more trying to get across the idea that I think M. Night Shyamalan sucks.

Rob Instigator 11.02.2007 02:41 PM

SHAMALAMADINGDONG always tries to make a specific type of movie, very difficult to pull off, that of horror/suspense/fantasy. I give him major credit for attempting it. His cinematography is always beautiful and his movies look good, but they just do not hold up as stories.
I enjoyed sixth sense a lot when I saw it. The alien one was 50/50, lady in the water was weird and I liked about 1/3 of it. I REALLY LIKE Unbreakable. The village one was terrible.
but at least he goes for something. Joel Schumaker is just yr typical big bang explosives popcorn extravaganza director.

Yeah, I'll give you that. At least he's trying something different. I just didn't like The Sixth Sense at all. Everyone I talked to about that movie had it all figured out from the beginning, same with The Village. Unbreakable was pretty cool though.

I'm sticking by my statement that Joel Shumacher is the root of all evil, but Michael Bay gets an honorable mention for this...

yeah, armageddon, ugh; i hardly go to the theaters, but i got forced to see that piece of shit on the big screen...i still can't believe buscemi was involved in this. i couldn't wait for ben affleck to die and he never did.

Ha! I felt the same way. The whole time, I was sitting there thinking, "Okay... when is this meteor gonna hit so I can get the fuck out of here!?"
What an awful movie.

Everyneurotic 11.02.2007 03:09 PM

another movie i got dragged to the theater and spent most of my time looking the other way from the screen into the dark was the bodyguard.

i seriously mentally blocked it.

Rob Instigator 11.02.2007 03:16 PM

I saw armaggedon on HBO late one night after a day of hard rockin.

It was incomprehensible to me how terrible it was.

But there is one worse. the new KING KONG

that movie drove me to nearly tear my eyeballs out it was so bad. i made it 30 minutes, and it is a nearly 3 hour movie!

Night thinks he's today's answer to Rod Serling, its obvious. Well, Mr. Night (I really doubt his parents named him Night, even as a middle name), you sir, are no Rod Serling.

How dare you disrespect King Kong!

good play, terrible movie... the woman's acting was so stiff it was hard not to laugh. when she's supposed to be all distraught at the end of act one, and blurts out "i'm bad," someone shouted "you sure ARE, honey" ...only movie i ever walked out of.

...also bad.

ZEROpumpkins 11.04.2007 06:45 AM

Time cop? Every time I hear that name I am reminded of RoboCop. And Jean Claude is a poor man's Arnie. Who was also in some shit movies (Total Recall, anyone?)

jon boy 11.04.2007 10:16 AM

da vince code made me laugh when it wasnt supposed too.

h8kurdt 11.04.2007 10:23 AM

I'm off to see Saw 4 with the peg tonight, so expect to see a picture of it on here, with me ranting and raving about how bad it is.

Prisstina 11.04.2007 11:07 AM

fast food nation.

i couldn't even get through it.

defgrip 11.04.2007 06:40 PM

anything that had j-lo in it my girlfriend made me watch.

atsonicpark 11.04.2007 06:45 PM

my ex-girflriend's cousin was in that j-lo movie "enough" as an extra.

anyway, have i posted on here? yeah.. i've seen lots of shitty movies (i spit on your grave, too! probably being the worst -- it has nothing to do with i spit on your grave; just horrible).. but uh.. as far as mainstream films go, definitely the matrix revolutions. followed closely by the pirates of the caribean films.

Stijn 11.04.2007 06:57 PM

Matrix revolutions indeed was a big let down. I enjoyed 'reloaded' in theatres but it's also shite now.
Other horrible films: La vita e bella, Hostel and more recently 'Condemned'

atsonicpark 11.04.2007 07:01 PM

oh god, hostel was just pure shit, wasn't it?

ThePits 11.04.2007 07:19 PM

Any film with Steven Seagal in it

Everyneurotic 11.04.2007 10:24 PM

legally blonde, when it first came up, i was in nj and for some reason went to see it, i was tired from not sleeping well and the theater was very cold and for some reason i thought it was "funny", not so bad, ok.

months later, i went with my then current girlfriend to get some of her old high school problems straightened and afterwards we wandered around and ended up in a mall, she suggested we go to a movie, and i thought "hey, legally blonde is ok to pass the time, let's go" so we went there and then saw that it was like staring at a void with burning human flesh for two hours, it was horrible and, luckily, my gf didn't get mad at me for suggesting the movie as i was madder at me.

so yeah, one of the shittiest movies i've ever seen.

Rob Instigator 11.04.2007 11:15 PM

honestly people, the single worst movie ever is

Omega Code. I have seen it at least ten times. worst moivie ever. you WILL laugh. worse than ed wood crap

!@#$%! 11.04.2007 11:42 PM

^^^ ha ha ha cheeto that truly looks asinine, i hope i *never* have to see it

You were right the first time.
That movie is very funny.

m1rr0r dash 11.05.2007 08:03 AM

...a complete list of things I have seen or not seen is available on my blog. Your mother is on the not seen list, along with a Star Wars film that was good since the first one. And even that has been ruined by CGI additions... Bravo George...

jon boy 11.05.2007 09:31 AM

black hawk down, absolute travesty of a movie.

mangajunky 11.05.2007 09:38 AM

Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy - missed the point of all of Douglas Adams books.

Rob Instigator 11.05.2007 12:11 PM

Omega Code is worse than any of those mentioned. Swa(y), I cannot imagine YOU sitting through that without FREAKING OUT at how horrible it is!
and just to watch casper(stiff a sa board) van diem, trying to act opposite michael york.. oh man. atr least michael york and that dude ironsides are good character actors....fuck. watching casper van diem stand there while michael york delivered a line and SEEING VAN DIEM'S LIPS MOVE as he spoke york's lines to himself so he would be ready for his cue was so FUNNY!!!

I have truly seen it countless times. it is my stoned out at 2:00AM guilty pleasure. I cannot hep but laugh and laugh and laugh and cry

paul crouch'
s son directed omega code. terrible bastard,.

demonrail666 11.05.2007 01:02 PM
