Sleater-Kinney - They always remind me of sonic the hedgehog and being ill. On october 13th 2003 i turned 15 and a week later on the 21st Elliott Smith died, 3 days later i got really bad Flu, i spent the whole week of having flu in bed playing the original Sonic The Hedgehog on my old sega magadrive and listening to sleater-kinney's 'Dig Me Out' album. since then i have bought 'the woods' 'one beat' and now 'all hands on the bad one' and i went to see them in 2005. I still have quite a few of their albums to get. I really love sleater-kinney though, they helped me alot in 2003 ever since.

the replacements, don't know why songs off of TIM rule me so much. Little Mascera, On the Bus, Bastard of Young, Left of the Dial, Waitress in the Sky....they all are so good, even if the albums production does suck really hard.

of course those shows are completely different, you know that.
thing with 6feet, apart from its aesthetics and great performances, is that it is honest. personalities and their relationships arent polished, on the contrary.

yes the theme made me smile for some reason and i dont know why. six feet under was good i will admit. after sleeping on it. i missed a lot of the last few series because i was out of the country. the last ones i saw were when brenda was having sex with a different man every single episode and nate found out he had a tumour.

i think i could be mising quite a lot of the back catalogue.

its true when i do get into a film or a tv show i watch it non stop for ages. i can still remember lines from shows that i last watched years ago.

the other thing i liked about six feet under was that fact that it showed LA in another way other than inner city ghetto's.

The theme music for Six Feet Under is great. The whole intro is fantastic. A piece of art.

H8kurdt: Yeah, finished every episode up to season 5. Yet to get that season, I will though.

The series' finale episode made me cry like a baby. It still does, actually, when I see it in reruns. God, that was good. Sad good. You have to see it.

Hmmm. I bought Introducing the... a few weeks ago, played it a couple times, and hated it. Maybe I'll have to give it another go.

Right now--North by Northwest. One of my favorite movies of all time. I love the repartee--some of the funniest and smartest dialog ever. I also love the airplane mowing Cary Grant down scene.

I think I wouldn't mind going back in time and living in that time, back when men all wore hats and suits and had blond secretaries and martinis at lunch and fell in love with strange blonds who seduced them on train rides.
