I have taken a liking to yogurt of late. I especially like blueberry flavored. Is it OK to have more than one a day (!).

Occasionally I eat yoghurt, but it's one of those things that if I have it in the fridge, I dont eat it, but if I dont have it.. I want it.

right now I think I feel like.... raisin toast with butter. but there is none.
