For the most part, yes.

There have been many times though, where I have known people are lying and I just don't say anything. They lose my respect, but I spare them from humiliation for whatever reason. I know a lot of people who do the same actually.

Yeah, but that's still kind of the same thing. There was a girl in my high school class who was a pathological liar, and everyone knew it but didn't say anything. Regardless, her social interactions suffered and I think she paid for ever one.

There's a guy I know who is also a pathological liar. I'm not sure if he's ever really suffered from his lying, but he can never really keep friends for that long. But honestly, who knows if that really bugs him.

He actually had a pathological liar friend, who told people he couldn't get girls pregnant and many other random things. He ended up having a baby with some girl about a year ago. He's like 19 or something.
