Both.

Ever since I cut out alot of precessed food etc from my diet (many years ago) my skin and health had/has positively increased great lengths. I never had bad acne or anything, but skin improved, plus I know alot of people who had and when they tried alot of the natural remedies (most bought from health food shops etc) they found great improvement in their skin. I'm not suggesting veganism or anything, but alot of natural remedies work a treat. Food for thought anyway.

i dont have bad bad acne like some people
but im just sick of having it, and its annoying and i get self conscious about it

its not my diet, iv tried everything from always drinking water and eating vegies, every face wash..just have to see how these pills go

i never have had it really. one thing i can say is that my skin is pretty good, it's that nice milky color too. although some people ask me if i'm ill, because i "look awfully pale".

what happens when u drink or smoke weed on meds?

what kind of meds, like xanax or something? weed is fine (you may feel more sedated than you usually would) although i wouldn't recommend drinking, that can turn sour pretty fast.

iv chommped a few valium before and gone out and durnk and it was fine

but i just dont know how it goes with anti depressents

valium is different. in my opinion valium and alcohol mix well in the right amounts. however, antidepressants + alcohol = a possibly bad outcome
