My favorite record store in Austin is called 'End of an Ear'... which is apparently also the title of a Robert Wyatt record.
Not a bad name, I think.

It might not qualify as a shop pun as such, but there is a shop near where I live that seems eternally closed and it's called Paul Simon. Underneath the sign, there is another one that says Fabrizio. Since you can't tell what the shop might sell or might have sold, I have decided that Paul Simon and Fabrizio The Grooverider are still disputing on this matter.

i know of a couple that haven't been mentioned. a record store called vinyl resting place, a hairdresser called "blonde dye bleach" and a chip shop called the cod father

theres a sandwich/deli place in kilkenny city called BLAH BLAH BLAH.

a blah is a colloquealism for a floury bread roll

I can't remember if I mentioned it but there is a Codfather in Cardiff. And Pete's Plaice which is next door to Hel's Kitchen.

We have one here called that too.

In Baton Rouge, there's a frozen yogurt place called Counter Culture.
