I like Hellsing because no matter how often I watch/read it, I can never fully understand why half of the stuff is even happening or why it's important to the plot at all. I am always up for anything involving vampires, and senseless violence. Besides, all of the characters are ridiculously sexy.

And the music for Hellsing is amazing, I have both OSTs.

That's Cowboy Bebop, one of the greatest anime of all time. Yoko Kanno's jazz is ace as well.

Cowboy Bebop. I've only seen like two episodes, but she's the best saxophone composer alive. Goodnight Julia is awesome.

The song Green Bird is nothing short of fucking beautiful. And the scene where Spike is thrown out of the church window by Vicious and he tosses in a grenade is cool as hell.
