If I stay here, I'll have a free place to live in 15 years.
Not moving. I'll get my change of pace via travel.

17. Olney, Md.
Population: 32,900
Median home price (2006): $499,025
Average property taxes (2006): $2,260

Once a rural crossroads village, Olney is now a bustling community with businesses and residences radiating from the town's historic center. As a modern community that maintains its old-time charm, Olney gives families the chance to enjoy small-town amenities among bits of history - an 1838 farmhouse used as a girl's boarding school, Civil War badges and bullets hidden behind a shopping center. Plus, it offers easy access to Baltimore and Washington, D.C.

i bet the murder last week won't help it's rep on next years list

Wow, your family must be even more well-off than I had previously thought if your mom has basements in all those locations.

OH SNAP!

Cantankerous 01.30.2008 04:49 PM

nyc (ha i already do and right now i wouldn't want to live anywhere else)
london
dublin
manchester
paris
berlin
los angeles
anywhere in the south of france
anywhere in ibiza

that's all i can really think of at the moment.
on a side note, within the next few years i might be forced to move to england because mr. cantankerous doesn't want to give up british citizenship for american and i don't give two shits about my american citizenship so that would be okie dokie with me.

Tokolosh 01.30.2008 04:58 PM

If there's one place I'd drop the bomb, it would be Ibiza.
I'd get rid of all those XTC neo-hippies that pollute the island with one swift blow.
The same applies to Goa.

Cantankerous 01.30.2008 05:02 PM

yeah but it's a nice island.

either my unfunny mood is preventing me from being hip to yr jive, or you are confusing SJIND's with ChocoMessiah's user location.
