spare a thought for some of us who arent in europe, where this is a pretty standard fee to see any foreign touring band.

I've paid

$45 for placebo in 2001?ish.. didnt go after that when they decided to make it progressively $65 then something like $80. Seems the fee goes up to cover their wages cos their music became progressively shitter.

Sonic youth was just $67ish but I dont mind that

I wanted to see prince but it was $200 :( Bowie was $150 and I didnt go either. Tori amos was about $110 and I almost went but didnt.

In France 40€ are "cheap" now for a concert, prices have dramatically risen.

Entry to these special events is free of charge for competition winners. The performances will be recorded and sold exclusively on iTunes.

NEW LONDON LIVE DATE
Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds have added a third night at London's Hammersmith Apollo on Friday 9th May. Tickets go on sale at 9 am on Monday 25th February.

NICK CAVE & THE BAD SEEDS HMV INSTORE
To celebrate the launch of their new album DIG, LAZARUS, DIG!!!, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds will be performing live and then signing copies of the new album at HMV, 150 Oxford Street, LONDON on Monday 3rd March at 6.00pm. This is sure to be a packed event so get there early!
Please note: due to time restrictions, access to meet the band will be limited to 300 fans only. Wristbands that allow access to the queue to get a signed album will be given away from the store on the day of the event from 9.00am on a first-come first-served basis, one wristband per customer only, no reservations.
