I'm not sure. If I'm in a black metal phase I'd probably say Darkthrone's Transilvanian Hunger or Mayhem's Funeral Fog (actually there's two or three amazing riffs in that song).

The main riff in Bauhaus's "In the flat field", and the riff in fifths (it's not the intro riff but the one before the chorus) in the Buzzcocks's Autonomy are great too.

Right now it's 5-D by Live Skull. I also love Teenage Riot and Rave Down/Swervedriver. And Ten Years Gone/Zep and Are You Experienced? and...edit: Ace of Spades and Schizophrenia! just too many close calls.
