I can imagine.

Skuj 12.26.2020 04:17 PM

Maybe I missed something, but did someone mention the slew of Trump Pardons yet?

Un. Fucking. Believable.

But why should I be surprised at this stage?

I imagine Byteme, Skunk, tesla et al will still claim that Trump is not a criminal?

Sure thing, skuJ!

I’ll jump right on that after you “quote and reply” your previous destain regarding Obama, Bush and Clinton pardons. Hell, Bill even pardoned Roger on his way out the door.

Year end pardons are nothing new, however, Obama sending a quarter of a BILLION dollars in cash to the Palestinians during the wee hours of his final morning in office is something I promise Trump would NEVER do!

tw2113 12.26.2020 05:59 PM

They all self-benefit pardons on the way out.

I will argue that Trump took this to a whole new level.

How many on the list are connected personally to Trump? Fucking Kushner Sr....look up what that fuckface did. How can you get away with something like that?

And then there's the Blackwater assholes.

The list goes on.

and I *won't* argue against the thought that he did.

Bothsidesing it again, even if you agree this is "a whole new level". The crux here is this: Most of the crimes commited by the fuckers that have been pardoned by Donald Trump were ON BEHALF OF DONALD TRUMP. Something else he'll get away with, even if the recurring line that presidential pardons are an "absolute power" is a fucking myth.

Trump on Twitter:
VOTER FRAUD IS NOT A CONSPIRACY THEORY, IT IS A FACT!!!

Twitter to Trump:
This claim about election fraud is disputed

This whole Covid Relief Bill fiasco baffles me.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but, in normal times (ie when the POTUS is not named Trump) there is some kind of co-ordination between the Whitehouse and the leaders of the other branches of Congress.

So, after months of working at this, there should not be a shock coming from POTUS at the end of it.

No?

Skuj 12.27.2020 08:51 PM

IMPOTUS blinked, and signed the bill.

He’s an absolute fuckstain. Watching people *celebrate* this because they thought it meant he gave a single solitary shit about their stimulus checks was hilarious and depressing, because he put millions of people on the precipice of losing their expanded unemployment and eviction protections right before Christmas.

Then he signed it anyway.

Horrible, idiot man.

And yeah, in “normal times,” the president wouldn’t send everyone back to the drawing board after months of waiting, and grandstand and make people panic just so he could briefly look benevolent to a handful of idiots. But these are not normal times.

LifeDistortion 12.28.2020 11:10 AM

"Fuckstain", reminds me of those video rants by Michael Rapaport.

Severian 12.28.2020 03:57 PM

Reminds me of Donald Trump heyo

This is getting good!! The House also voted for the $2000 relief cheques. Old Mitch must be sweating now!!

(Although, to the uninformed (Bytor et al) Trump might be looking good with this $2000 dealio. They won't see the bigger picture.)

!@#$%! 12.28.2020 08:07 PM

Larry Summers was on Bloomberg this morning saying how a $2k stimulus could overheat the economy as it would indiscriminately benefit a lot of people who don't need it. As we are, currently there's a lot of saving because there's nowhere for the employed to spend money, while 17 million people can't pay rent.

Here's a bit more on the subject: https://www.washingtonpost.com/opini...2ba_story.html

tw2113 12.28.2020 09:37 PM

I'd use majority of a $2000 payment to further pay off my car loan, allowing for more usage of my money elsewhere like perhaps getting some more retirement money saved up.

Not bothering at all with those. I just want to actually own my car title this time. Got into a collision last February when I was damn close to paying off that loan. Now i'm damn close to paying off this new one already.

as expected, mitch denied you

EVOLghost 12.29.2020 02:42 PM

I think McConnell must really have a lot of hate in heart for him to deny Americans this. That poor man must hate himself more than the entire country right now. Anyway...all the worst for that insufferable fuck.

choc e-Claire 12.29.2020 03:14 PM

Funny how the one time they actually do go against Trump's wishes is when he's doing a positive. Morally reprehensible.

Let's cut to the chase: everybody spent over four motherfucking years (I'm counting the 2016 campaign) wondering what it would take for Republicans to truly, honestly (if that word can be used to describe Republican actions) clash with Trump. The answer was there all along, and it was the same answer to 99.99% of the world's problems: MONEY. Do the most abhorrent shit a President can do, and eh, we're A-OK, but WHOA wait, dude, don't touch my goddamn MONEY - NOW I'm gonna draw a line!

Sorry for the nerdy comparison, but it's finally clear that McConnell is Palpatine and Trump a shitty young Anakin, throwing another tantrum while disintegrating in lava on that... volcano or whatever the fuck George Lucas thought he was CGI-ing.

Absolutely not!

It’s based on an individuals actions:

Traitor = a person who betrays a friend, country, principle.

Skuj 01.01.2021 03:50 PM

I see that we are talking about traitors.

I'm no lawyer, but there must be a legal case against Trump for what he has done since the election.

Remember that clip where she was desperately trying to fit in with the leaders having a discussion. Least she tried.
