Im on a Gilliam kick lately. I still haven't seen Time Bandits or the one with Robin Williams and Jeff Bridges though.

Should I check those out first? or can anyone recommend a movie I'd like that's similar by a different director that's similar to Gilliam?!

I dunno, I don't like Gilliam for the most part. Find him pretty bland and his films are just messy and boring to me. How can surrealism be boring? Well.... I think Brazil could have been absolutely amazing but some of the acting in is terrible. Fisher King is probably my favorite though so check it out. (I also like Fear and Loathing and 12 Monkeys..)
