He's already got them waving from the CB antenna on his pick-up. He shouldn't overdo it.

I wanted to put one in the back window, but I was too lazy to remove the gun rack.

Popping your neck, knuckles, and back when they really need it. To the person next to you it sounds disgusting, but to you, that's some good relief, and apparently plays no part in arthritis, a common misconception.

some minutiae fors ya

it's "bisque"
& as Glice wrote, it's "minutiae"
sounds like Glice has some "bad Jew" jewish friends...all my Jewish friends love Seinfeld & also Curb...this sounds borderline controversial, but in my experience, Jewish people who readily tell you they are Jewish are cool & oddly enough, they usually do this at some point when first meeting them...sounds strange, i know. Many other Jewish people I have known who turned out to be rather despicable people never admit they are Jewish even if asked point blank. They get mad when they are asked & either avoid the question or outright lie. Again, I have observed this time & time again, so there just might be something to it...

having someone stroke my skin after having sex
someone telling me they like me and actually meaning it
the feeling of fullfilment after a long wait
the exitement of xmas eve as a kid
the first day of the holiday
holding someones hand and walking down the street
getting paid
when it goes right
that first drink of the week
holding someone close and being held close
eating
that indescribable moment when you think that everything is ok
etc etc etc

porkmarras 04.15.2006 04:02 PM

sex
eating cheese and onion crisps
breeze on my face in a summertime's early evening
laying my head on my patner's torso while in bed
having my cats sleep on the bed with me

Cups of tea rate pretty highly. I'll have to have a think about some others.

OK, I didn't read te Seinfeld stuff at first. As a non-American I actually quite like it. I think I like Curb.. better though. I know a lot of people who hate Seinfeld though. As far as US comedy goes though I think Arrested Development beats them all.

Also, I'm not in any way a patriotic person but UK comedy beats even the above shows at the moment. Comedy is the only thing that UK tv has produced of any worth in maybe the past decade. Brass Eye, Peep Show, Spaced, The Day Today, Alan Partridge

As far as comedy goes nothing will ever beat 'Jam' or 'Nighty Night' for me

jam should be compulsory viewing for all humans who ever wish to discuss the subject of comedy

Yep....Jam is awesome too. The sketch with the 8year old who comes round to clean up the dead body is great. And the woman who gets a plumber round to cure her dead baby....

I forgot the armando iannucci show.
I tried to watch spaced a few times but i do'nt find it that funny.I do'nt really like Simon Pegg.Way too studenty for me

chuck norris 04.16.2006 04:50 AM

Me, I am non american. And I like Seinfeld.

The only thing I don't like about Seinfeld is when he is on stage as a comedian. Seinfeld is actually not funny. It's Kramer and the others who are funny.

I can't watch Friends anymore. Chandler is the only funny one on the show. I hate Ross and Joey so much....

chuck norris 04.16.2006 04:54 AM

I have a picture in my profile. But it doesn't show next to my messages.

Help me please...

noumenal 04.16.2006 05:02 AM

The pic of Chuck Norris? I see it.

Grete 04.16.2006 05:58 AM

ahhhhh I forgot COFFEE!!

marleypumpkin 04.16.2006 06:02 AM

Chuck Norris:

I'm sorry, but I will have to disagree w/ you there. J.Sienfeld is fucking hilarious as a stand-up comedian. I've seen his show. It's very well written.
Just like the Sienfeld show. Jerry had a big part in writing for that show as well.

truncated 04.16.2006 08:34 AM

It's been a few years since I've been exposed to UK comedy, so there is probably a ton of new shows out now. It's safe to say, however, that British comedy kicks American comedy's ass. And no offense to the Irish, but I find Father Ted, well...meh.

I can't for the life of me remember the name of this show - it's some guy with red hair who does satirical skits, but makes these grotesque facial masks with massive noses and fucked up lips. It's very well known, I just have a goldfish brain. I can't STAND that show.

Does it start with a B? Someone help me out here, it's killing me.
