The show in Antwerp was really good. Thurston started out alone with a knife (on his gtr) while John Moloney went to get a new guitar string. Thurston put the guitarstring on as he was making some glorious feedback. Once his guitar was fully equipped they just jumped into a high energy twenty minute set.

After that Thurston did an encore on acoustic guitar, John on drums again. This set reminded me a bit more of his improvistional work of the nineties. Really good. Total gig about half an hour. I really like sets that dont tend to go too stretched out.

I videotaped as good as I could. I will have some stuff up soon.

only Thurston could try to subtly change a string in mid improvisation, thats what happens when you use screwdrivers and butterknives...

Dare I listen to this, or is it going to upset me?

Still feeling fairly crap, by the way.
