But I enjoy CDs. Why spend the money on a turntable when I can just buy a lot of CDs? What is better about vinyl? Why can't I make my own decisions?!

The only places that sell vinyl near me are 40+ minutes away, and the last time I was there, they didn't have any vinyl that was less than 10 bucks. The selections were crappy anyway.

I want one. But there are just so many reasons to not get one.

if you get the drums and actually learn to play them well then that is more worthwhile than getting a record player.
