There are about 6,987 reasons to rake Cocorosie over the coals for crimes against music.
No need to resort to reasons of personalities or personal choices of the musicians themselves to give them a less-than-favorable review. I've seen them play; they make criticism easy.

The Wire is one of my favorite publications ever, but smug it most definitely is.
Most of the time I don't mind that either.

The two shows I've seen in the past couple of years that have made me shake with rage and cringe in horror were CocoRosie and Joanna Newsom.
