Yeah it's got loads of Russian and Slavic words in it. Horrorshow is from the Russion for good, droog is a partner in crime, er can't remember anymore right now. Remember at the end of the book Alex meets one of his droogs and this droog doesn't speak in nadsat anymore and speaks more normal English and his girlfriend is laughing at Alex saying stuff like "did you used to speak like that?" I remember finding a really good list of the words and origins, I'll try to find it.
