Right. They see real estate as a more sound investment. They still do the sttock stuff, but diversification is key. And real estate is secure. They bought my younger sis a house a couple of years ago and they want to do the same for me. They aren't living in it , so yes, I need to buy my stuff for the house.

I would be paying them mortgage, so the house would eventually be mine.
