Cigarette Burns was also amazing. Though not really a "film" since it was an "episode" but fuck semantics and fuck alls y'alls.

I'm actually not sure. I just have a VHS copy that I bought for 2.99 at a going-out-of-business video shop. But it is definitely a worthwhile collection of horror shorts. Not quite Creepshow, but better than Creepshow 2.
