I recommanded them to someone in an older thread there a long time ago and someone replied that they were just "synth tones going on for 4 minutes without variation" - or something of that kind -, which is kind of true; yet it's beautiful

There's no synths though. And there's plenty of variation. So whoever said that doesn't have a fucking clue what he's talking about....

I'm STILL listening to this band after a complete binge yesterday.

when i said that, i had just listened to xenophobe or whatever it's called and that one is really long and bored the crap out of me.

but since then i've listened to chorus and glissceule and i have to say those i really like.

I'm listening to this right now as my introduction to the band. I'm really, really enjoying these guys so far.

I don't think I ever told anybody about it but a couple of years ago, after i stopped posting regularly here, Scott Cortez PMed about how they don't use Casio keyboards because that would have been too easy. He was pretty cool and friendly about it

Actually, this was after I "got" LLC (and Astrobrite for that matter). I love them now.
