yeah, the USPS sucks big time...at the last place I lived, I almost NEVER received anything I was supposed to, for various reasons.

The only logical way to solve this is to grab a big rock and throw it at his face next time you see him drive by. That usually smoothes things over.

geezus that's fucked up.. the mailman always rings my door and greets me with a smile and a "another record?" comment... if i'm not in they post a card through the door and i go to the post office to pick it up...
