I didn't read books that I was assigned to read, because I wanted to choose the books I read, and so I instead I chose the books I read. You want us to read "All Quiet On the Western Front?" Also, I was in quiz bowl, so I think I studied more for quiz bowl than I did for tests. Though tests were easy, I only ever really studied for AP history tests.

I start my senior year on the third. But I don't have classes until the tenth because I go to a hippie school and we spend the first week doing trust falls.

The only context I've heard the word used in is to mean a senior year high school or college student who's tired of school and just wants to slack off until graduation.
