Mind you, i'm not saying that Radiohead is a "bad" band or even that I dislike them. They just do very little for me. They have some songs that I enjoy, just like Coldplay. I'm not necessarily trying to say one band is better than the other, but for me they both make pleasant enough music that I wouldn't shut off if it came on the radio or a friend turned it on, much like Third Eye Blind. Not Matchbox 20 though, I hate them!

well as long as you make clear its a personal preference and make note that there is absolutley no comparison between the bands in musical talent and creativity.

Naw. I try to stay pretty neutral and level-headed when it comes to most music. There are however some bands, for me, that suck in the maintsream and the underground. A band's level of popularity, or lack thereof, has little to do with what I think of their music. Example: I think Animal Collective are just as awful as Nickelback. Different bands with different music, but equally awful. Example 2: Joanna Newsom is just as hideously grating as Amy Winehouse. You get the idea!
