I haven't had much time to watch any documentaries involving him or find more interviews but they're always very interesting. I remember nearly finishing "Manson: In His Own Words" a while back and I couldn't put it down. Despite the negative image people have placed upon him, he's more intelligent than many seem to think. Some of his interviewers were total retards as well... but he's fun to listen to even when he contradicts himself! sometimes I wondered if he truly thought of being in prison as a punitive outcome. I'm not certain how accurate the book I mentioned is, but according to it he didn't want to leave at one point.
