this thread is the worst.

Toilet & Bowels 11.05.2009 01:33 PM

while i wouldn't take pleasure in telling someone they'd drunk driven and killed somebody, on the other hand i would not have any sympathy for them either

Rob Instigator 11.05.2009 01:55 PM

i would take pleasure in informing a murderer/killer that they are BUSTED

knox 11.05.2009 02:09 PM

sure.
because you'd find another killer is getting what they deserve.
now if you take pleasure from inflicting suffering on a regular basis,
maybe you're not that different from them.

_slavo_ 11.05.2009 02:15 PM

Rob is probably a Republican.

lifelong independent. The democratic party is not liberal enough for me.

you think because I tell a tale about a friend whose job it is to inform people why they are in jail that it means I have conservative views?
makes no sense slavo.

I am as liberal as they come. does not mean I suffer drunken killers and their stupid mistakes.

Rob Instigator 11.05.2009 02:40 PM

and I guess you have not read any of the political threads in this forum going back 9 years huh? shiiiiit.

I do vote in every election though. I love politics.

Houston voted for mayor last tuesday and now has a run-off election between an older white lesbian city controller (democrat), and an older black former city attorney (democrat). Another Democrat city councilman got 20% of the vote. The lone Republican candidate got less than 20%, and he was hispanic.

Houston politics is a crazy mix-em-up! gotta love it

The openly gay Annise Parker got 31% and leads in polls for the run-off.

And people think Texas is all George Bush-ites and redneck reactionaries.

pbradley 11.05.2009 02:55 PM

here's some brutal politics

having thought about it, is taking pleasure in a drunk driver getting busted for killing not the same thing as taking pleasure in the victim's death?
