had an ale from great divide named collette that was delicious. yesterday i mixed gin/simple syrup with honey/lemon juice and it was delicious. basically a bees knees. want to make it with lavender instead of honey next time.

i made a drink of bourbon, peychaud's bitters, simple syrup, and shook with an egg white. it was heavenly.
